Aircraft Design Services

General, Experimental and Unconventional Aviation

How the business started

The inspiration for my business came from my experiences working at four different companies after completing my studies. Throughout my academic journey and professional career, I have remained deeply passionate about the entire aircraft design process. It is this passion that led me to focus on serving smaller businesses, as they often require a wide range of specialized services.

From the initial stages of conceptualizing and shaping a flying machine using flight mechanics knowledge and, if possible, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), to employing CAD and conducting durability calculations for structurally sound designs capable of withstanding aerodynamic loads – every step excites me.

I thoroughly enjoy selecting appropriate materials, defining production processes, brainstorming strategies to meet certification requirements and testing protocols, all with the ultimate goal of constructing a prototype, conducting tests, making improvements, and, after several iterations, seeing the aircraft take flight!  To put it simply, I strive to experience the entire journey.

I invite you now to explore my services or if you wish – read about what I don’t like below 🙂

Is there anything that doesn't interest me?

Absolutely! There are certain aspects of the aerospace industry that don’t quite align with my personal interests. Let’s take, for instance, developing jet engines. The science behind the modern jet engine is so much sofisticated it takes months or years to design a new one.

Knowing that it takes even more time to develop a whole new aircraft, if one would like to be included in both of those tasks, it would mean waiting quite some time to see the aircraft finally flying.

While it falls under the reign of aerospace engineering, it doesn’t exactly set my heart on fire when it comes to aircraft design. Don’t get me wrong, I get it – all kinds of work have their place in aviation. But while developing such sophisticated systems as aircraft engines, companies must fragment the vast areas that ignite my passion into smaller tasks, dampening my enthusiasm for the field.

If I had to choose just one type of aircraft to design...

Which would it be?

Flying Wings!

This is my genuine passion and the reason I chose to study Aerospace Engineering. Given the opportunity, I would wholeheartedly devote myself to designing and flying Hanggliders, as well as promoting this exhilarating sport to surpass its forgotten glory of the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

During that golden era, countless individuals constructed and flew these flying wings across the globe. If you’re unfamiliar with the sheer diversity and creativity of designs from that time, I encourage you to explore the wealth of outstanding and original wings at: Delta Club 82.

Furthermore, I would be particularly interested in working on the design of larger flying wing aircraft, such as the ones showcased at: Horten Aircraft.

Nevertheless, my unwavering dedication lies in granting ordinary people the sensation of free flight, akin to the experience of soaring in a hang glider.
